Reuben Steward

Reuben Mark Stewart is a New Brunswick-born multidisciplinary artist drawing on the practices of flower arranging and photography. His practices curate and celebrate nature both in 3D and through the lens. He forages for wild plants and fungi and gathers other organic material from the land. He strives to make his art practice environmentally sustainable. Reuben has worked with flowers across Canada and has spent extended time working in New York and in Sydney, Australia. Reuben has been in Tiohtià:ke for a year and a half, where the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation are recognized as the custodians of the land and water.
