Pilar García

Administrative advisor

Born in Mexico City in the sixties. Pilar says: “it was a time when we learned from books or real-life experiences, no cell phones, no google, no intangible social networks. Our social activities were going to the sports club or religious events with family and friends, belonging to groups with common interests, traveling as a family to get to know our beautiful country and doing artistic activity like music and dance.”

This lifestyle instilled in her an interest in art, enjoyment of human relationships and a passion for admiring and respecting nature.

Her great interest in mathematics and the development of projects led her to study management, which together with her studies in finance and accounting gave her the basis to efficiently manage the projects she established in Mexico and then those she established in Canada. For the last years she has been working in different companies in the finance department.

Mother of three fabulous children from whom she learns every day and who invite her to participate in their ideas and concerns, her eldest daughter introduced her to Terrarium where she can offer her knowledge of accounting, receiving in return the great opportunity to open her vision to new movements that aim to make us aware of the importance of caring for the planet and the human being, recognizing the importance of their presence in this world.

The Terrarium team dares you to try not falling in love with her. Good luck with that!
