Jonathan Riverin

Since obtaining his two bachelor's degrees - theater studies and teaching - at UQAM's École Supérieure de Théâtre, Jonathan Riverin has become a real "Swiss army knife". Passionate about interdisciplinarity in the arts, he acted as an assistant director alongside Jérémie Niel from 2016 to 2019 where theatre, dance and cinema intersect and influence each other.

Avid of adventures and expeditions in nature, he travels the globe, and Quebec, for the pleasure of meeting “the Other”. Finally, as a primary school teacher – and loudly proclaiming his queer identity – contact with the future generation allows him to fulfill his main mission: to teach benevolence, empathy and listening, for a better and inclusive world.

I’m don’t think we could find a better person to find the wonderful locations where the Terrarium sorties unfold, or anyone more caring and radically joyful to keep our crew inspired.
